
Bianca is a licensed business and executive coach, lawyer and is currently coaching regional and rural businesses and executives in agricultural organisations. Bianca Morrison is a believer that we are all capable of achieving incredible things and has spent the last 16 years helping people realize their potential in business and careers.
Bianca has excellent insights into how a business works, and what changes can be made for big impacts. Bianca is a master at asking the hard questions. She has 25 years’ experience in managing private enterprises like law and agriculture. She is a trained lawyer and a Harvard trained negotiator and currently doing further study at Harvard in industrial organisational
psychology.
Bianca also runs a Warmblood horse breeding enterprise and is also responsible for managing our administrative staff who look after all the back of house activities to allow and ensure that our programs are delivered to our clients in an extraordinary manner.
Prior to coaching Bianca worked as associated lecturer in Horse Management (University of Sydney) and studied and worked in the UK at The National Stud (Thoroughbreds (TB)). She has also been a veterinarian technician on large TB stud farms in the Hunter and managed a large boutique Warmblood stud where she was responsible for all aspects of the business including the selection and import of mares from Europe.
Bianca brings a wealth of technical knowledge and information to our business as an entrepreneur and leader. Having a law degree also enables her to better understand and help our coaches and clients with some of the problems they face in their businesses.

Chris is an experienced business/ executive coach who helps farmers and business owners find their way to live fulfilling and successful lives while building profit and wealth. Chris is an excellent communicator and has a high level of sensory acuity.
He has 38 years of experience working with businesses and individuals in a range of diverse communities. Those include several high-profile clients from the public and private sector both in Australia and overseas to emerging small local businesses and farming operations alike.
Chris is also the author of “Thrive – How to succeed as an aspiring young farmer” published in 2019.
Prior to setting up the coaching practice Chris was a senior lecturer at the Sydney University and course leader for Bachelor of Business (Agriculture) and Bachelor of Management (Equine Studies). He has also worked in the private sector managing a large Thoroughbred horse stud in Perth (600 mares) and being the Human Resource Manager at Challenge Implements (farm equipment manufacturer) in Orange.
Chris Morrison is a professional fulltime coach that has logged more than 15,000 paid coaching hours. He mentors other professional coaches and strictly adheres to the premise of lifelong learning and continuing personal development.
